    My car isn't in my name yet and i've found a car that i like and i tried talking to the owner of the car for a swap transaction. what are the documents need for this kind of transaction? and the owner said that he bought the car last march and didn't have it registrd yet. Does it sound fishy? Please help me cause i want the car so badass :D
