Deed of Sale for Assume balance

hello.. ask ko lang po, pano ba ilalagay sa deed of sale na ituloy ng buyer yung pagbayad ng balance sa bank? kse benta po namin car namin, meron pa 2 yrs natitirang balance sa bank, .. example 300K na cash lang bigay samin ng buyer tapos assume balance na sya.. pano po ba isingit dito yung part para sa assume balance?

bro, much better ata kung sa lawyer ng mga notary public mo na ipa gawa yung deed of sale. pro di ko lang sure kung payag ang bank na i transfer sa iba yung pag hulog ng assume balance.
