Bro. If hindi ka ma approve. Wag mo muna e pilit.
Hehe. Wala naman issue kung sa misis mo naka name kasi pag aari at utang na ninyo yan pareho.

If I may add, Krisace, no offense meant in my opinion below:

    1. All Banks conduct credit cheking (cards, loans, mortgages) thru a system where ALL financial institutions upload their clients with delinquency history. If a person has a bad record with one bank, all banks finds it out thru this system, Trust me!

    2. You mentioned that you were already approved by Unionbank and was disapproved by TFS? It doesn't make any sense since banks are stricter than in house financing.

    3. The agent wants you to falsify information which is a No-No as this tarnishes your integrity and credibility in the eyes of financial institutions (ikaw ang malalagot dito pag nahuli at hindi yung SA na nagsabi sayo).

    4. Making your live-in partner a co-maker in the doesn't mean sure approval. Maybe you can be approved if she can also show a proof of income.

All in all, it shows that you are not yet financially capable to obtain a loan like this. Again, this is not to belittle you but to help you understand your loan situation.

I agree with the earlier advises that this is not the right time for you to get a loan.

Oo nga sir, hindi lng basta monthly payment ang kinukonsidera sa pagkakaroon ng car dapat mo rin isaalang alang ang pagma-maintain insurance and registration roughly 30k na yearly pm's pa at fuel consumption....baka masayang lng perang ipangdo down mo sooner or later marerepo lng ng banko. Go for the 2nd hand lng muna.

    Why not mag-Uber na lang say P500 per day x 26 days x 12 months x 5 years = 780000.

Di mo pa kelangan garahe, insurance, repairs, libre chauffeur ka pa. Dami pa promo ng Uber

Its nice to know that you are getting this car to try to earn more income. Good luck to you and hope that it turns out okay with the banks and with the business.

Mam cathy, in your case, even if maliit lang nilagay mo na salary, your downpayment was 50% and loan tenor was 3 yrs. In the banks' view, you are less riskier to grant a loan hence the approval. The large downpayment and short loan tenor shows your capacity to pay.

Aside from that, probably you didn't any negative record with any financial institution which is also a big factor in bank loan approvals.

Di lang naman kasi yan sa nilagay mo sa application form. Gaya nga ng sinabi nung sa taas di naman tanga mga banko. Magtatanong, magtatawag at bibisita ang mga yan.

Tama naman yun 19% = 10100. And oo sobrang baba nyan ah. Recently got a quote from BDO and 24.86 OMA nakuha ko. Pero maganda price quuote ng insurance and hindi tali. Will go bank hopping soon. Kindly PM me yun maybank branch as well sir ng makapag inquire din. Thanks!

Thats like saying a nurse took your BP and telling yourself you are not sick. Kumukuha pa lang sila ng data. Tatawag pa yan sa office mo to confirm your employment status, salary and documents at minsan kakausapin pa mga kapitbahay and in my case pati barangay captain. Then dedesiyunan ng banko. Give it a month.
