Ah, wala ba? Most international forums institute a no "thread necromancy" rule where old threads shouldn't be revived (since wala na rin yun principal threadstarter). If there's none here, my bad

Yeah, other forum don't like raising very old thread. But I'm not aware that that applies here in Tsikot.
Besides, for me personally, I prefer updating old discussions with newer or more accurate info

On our 1.3S 2009 City A/T at highway driving, XCS is giving about 20% improvement in Km/L performance vs. Unleaded gasoline (and you pay only P.50 more per liter, which is less than 1% more)
City driving (subdivision, and stop and go traffic)- about the same Km/L for both....

for pesonally, kung walang engine knock no need to spend extra for the higher octane gasoline, saka kung stock engine lang, enleaded is more than enough but as what CVT said minimal lang naman ang price difference.
so pag sa long driving pwede XCS pakarga mo then for everyday day use sa unleaded ka na lang

Ako XCS din nilalagay ko. Feeling ko lang mas maganda takbo at nakakatipid ako pag XCS compared sa unleaded.

June 28th, 2011 02:14 PM #17For me, acceleration and power is definitely better with xcs, however, there is not much difference in FC so i switched back to unleaded to save on gas since purely city driving lang ako.
