DTS diesel tuning chip

Between Race-Chip (http://www.racechip.ph/), DTS (http://www.dieseltuning.com.ph/), DPChip (http://www.diesel.asia/efi_tuning.html), and UniChip (http://www.speedlab.com.ph/unichip.php), all have local distributors. Up to us I guess to determine which would be a better buy.

FYI Berrima Diesel are not just a Distributor for DPCHIP we are the manufacturer.

nabasa ko sa internet un no-limit chip being sold sa ebay. it seems parang ito un katumbas ng lumang race chip. old software version ang gamit. konting dagdag sa HP lang. but still, dagdag paren ito.

Thanks sir Niky for your further rationalization.
The low quality of diesel in our country keep me skeptic on the use of such device. Maybe i'll try muna yung other chip that offers reasonable cost and evaluate/observe before i take the plunge unto the more pricey ones.

Do your research first and buy once. The cheaper chip may not perform the same as the pricey ones.

pwede daw ilipart sa ibang vehicle pero alamin daw muna sa kanila kung pwede yung car kasi hindi lahat ng sasakyan pwedeng lagyan ng DTS. may papalitan lang daw sa loob ng DTS unit then ok na. DIY lang daw kaya madali lang ikabit. taga province kasi ako kaya no need to go to manila for installation ako na lang daw. nag inquire ako on Grandia pwede daw as long as D4D ang engine. sa FB may nag inquire sa crosswind di daw pwede. i think yun lang mga diesel na may ECU ang pwede. But you can call them, very accomodating naman sila. may website na din sila. I hope this helps

Only cars with ecu can me modified bvy the chip, kaya nga chip ibig sabihin via electronic yung mods.. pero I guess not all can be covered.

Kailangan bang i tund up ung sasakayan (new everest) pag lalagyan ng dts chip? Kasi sabi pmug and play lang, as in ganun lang ba kasimple at kadali para mag work ang chip?

When installing these type of chips on a vehicle with automatic transmission, make sure the transmission can handle the additional torque, Otherwise, the transmission will slip when you floor the throttle. You won't notice or feel the slip unless you really look for it.
