September 11th, 2009 12:49 AM #61guys. i really hated the ride quality of the toyota grandia.. that was our tour van in palawan kasi just this last tuesday.. travel from puerto princessa to sabang to go to underground river.. sad to say i was really dissapointed.. ang sakit ng likod ko when the day tour was over.. sa last row of seats ko naka upo. it was a very hard ride. campared to my 01 starex, i never felt so unconfortable when i had to seat at the back seat when my dad drove, while i was trying to get some sleep. and this was goin through samar roads.
by the way kahit sa concret highway where its kinda rough.. feel mo parin and ka tatag ng grandia..
so for me i wouldnt exchange my starex for a grandia.. for those who have experinced riding on the rear seats of the grandia and grand starex.. how does it compare?

*marktriton, actually, OK sana kung may Recall dahil ibig sabihin papalitan nila for free, kaso wala eh.
The question is, are you willing to shell out almost 200K after the warranty expires when that toyota d-4d system breaks down again after a couple of years... So ganun din. Pwede siguro engine transplant.

Hyundai Grand Starex. May nguso kasi kaya mas hindi ka ipit sa head on collisions and mas madaling mag-maintain.
D4D ang Toyota, and it imposed many problems before on it's fuel pump, so its clear Hyundai Grand Starex na kunin ng TS.
