fortunner(non vnt), everest and alterra where at the middle.

so where did you get your statistical data to arrive in such a conclusion???

we own a montero and an apv hence we can compare it with other vehicles- suprisingly enough the studied made by the doe is accurate

5-7 km/l ang montero(inclung heavy traffic) doe- report is 5-6
Could you please post the source Sir? I can only find results from year 2009.

    Car: 2014 Toyota Fortuner 2.5G M/T 4x2
    City FC: between 8 to 11 km/liter
    Highway FC: 13 to 22 km/liter
Average: Makati to SM Molino(via skyway and daang hari) 14.6 km/liter based dun sa center display.

I did not put any statistical data, this is just an opinion from all that I have read here and in other forums. I may be wrong. Again, I said, this is just my opinion.

Also, fuel consumption MAY BE considered in driving habits, road and traffic conditions and lastly the technology put in the engine and the vehicle itself (weight, etc...)

Manual computation (FT to FT) ba yung 13 to 22 km/l or instantaneous reading ng MID? If manual computation, then WOW ang tipid!

Its instantaneous reading...22km/l can't be achieved with FT-FT method.

    That's what I thought so. 22 km/l a subcompact/ mini car FC.
