    ask lola :-)
Anyway, sama mo sa test ride. Keep in mind, ingress and egress ease. Para di rinmahirapan sa lola.

I think yung mga may sliding doors would be best. At some point napansin ko nahihirapan talaga lumabas from normal car doors. Of course I'm basing it on my experiences with our compact car, siguro kung full size sedan mas madali.

I prefer mid size sedan for oldies, my grandfather prefers camry. Roomy, comfy ride and easy in and out.

Magkano ba budget? That would help us a lot in helping you get the best car for lola. Brand new ba o 2nd hand? The best, I believe, would be a minivan like a Carnival or a Previa. The height is high enough that lola would not have to stoop to enter, and the ground clearance would be low enough that she wouldn't have a hard time getting in. It would be even better if it comes with a stepboard though. Ride quality of these minivans are similar to the cushy ride of midsize sedans. There's lots of space too, for family outings.

My grandparents putter around in a Camry. Quite a high mileage as well since they go out to make "pasyal" almost every day. Sometimes they use an Exped or Tucson but the height has been restrictive to them already.

When they were relatively younger, the Pajero was their vehicle of choice over their Crown and MB W140.

My mom loves riding (rear seats) in my ASX. Just the right height for her to get in and out, and good comfy suspension.

Experienced that same dilemma 2 years ago for my grandparents. we opt for a 2005 Toyota Camry 3.0V because of its riding comfort and large trunk (for wheel chair) for their usual trip to St. Luke's and UST Hospital. we sold it 1 year after due to its FC but we replaced it with a 10th gen Corolla Altis.

Yup, the level of isolation and ride comfort of Camry is a steal for its price. I mean, what car could possibly topple that? A Lexus, BMW or Mercedes? And how much is the price difference?

Not to mention that those 3 liter V6 engines are freakishly fast. Smoking those Euro sedans would be a trifle. But then that is if you can live with the horrid 5km/L thereabouts fuel consumption. The 2.4L would give you 6km/L thereabouts fuel consumption. Only slight difference in fuel consumption, big drop in performance (though it is still fast). Kung si lola lang naman ang sasakay, OK na ang 2.0L Camry.

Another 2nd hand option would be the Mitsubishi Grandis. Its basically a Galant on stilts. Same chassis, same transmission, same engine. They can be had for very good deals in the 2nd hand market. Resale is similar to a midsize sedan of the same year.
