    Kung sa passenger van sa ngayon lalo na sa manila mas marami na ang urvan, karamihan lalo na pag pangbiyahe iwas na sila sa CRDI engine, true nga hindi talaga mausok ang urvan, kahit anu pa ang piga mo sa accelarator, pero bilib ako sa preno ng hiace malakas talaga compare sa urvan

    2010 HIACE COMMUTER we need to replace the upper ball joint right side (200k kms.) nag canvass kami nasa 20k Plus daw... ang isa... wow...
    noozle tips nasa 18.5k each...

    the new hiace mas matibay talaga compared sa urvan... pero pag nasira napakamahal ng parts... dun ka naman babawian...

    pag dating naman sa a.c. pareho lang silang kulang sa lamig 1st row lang ang malamig 2nd row pwede na 3rd row medyo pwede pag umaga. last row or 4rth row as in nag momoist na ang mga pasahero sa likod... kailagan talaga ng extra blower sa gitna... or kung pwede a.c. na ang ikabit...

    malamig lang ang urvan at hiace pag 12 ang sakay... pag more than that hirap na ang a.c.

    pag dating sa porma (exterior)... mas maganda talaga ang porma ng hiace kaya mas arkilahin ang hiace...

    suspension... mas maganda ang urvan... matagtag ang hiace... nakakahilo daw sa likod...? pero ganun din naman ang urvan na 18 seater na balagbag ang upuan sa likod nakakahilo din daw...

    ^^Yung escapade na urvan kaya mas comfort ang suspension kase sakto lang yung leaf spring, pero sa shuttle urvan may additional ng isang leaf spring dahil sa additional capacity, kaya ganun din nagiging matagtag.... wala pa bang replacement parts available tulad ng 555 parts yung new hiace?

    You can get cheaper diesel tips (reconditioned) from third party shops like Malabon Diesel (aka Diesel King). That's where Toyota and Nissan dealers take their units for injection system repair.

    That is also where the NLEX pick up trucks are serviced for injection problems.

    Got a set of 4 for my Patrol at Php5k/ea.

    eggman, phase out na ata yng 21seater nla..desperado n ata ung nissan maging heavy duty eh hndi nman nla kayang lampasan o khit pantayan mn lng ang ISUZU sa pgging #1 heavy duty..#1 diesel engine producer/truck maker p yan..kung sa ISUZU 21 man yan o 23 o 25 o 27 yakang yaka yan khit sa flexitrucks nla..khit pa customize nlng sa centro..actually nsa bingit na nga ung makina pag 18seater na eh.. lalo na ung airocn..grabe prang blower nlng..

    going back sa topic.. kung 12-15 pax lng ok ang urvan sa speed/comfort/aircon.. mas matibay din cgro i2 sa hi-ace kc chain driven.. pero nkasakay nako sa hi ace na 19seater at mas malamig sya promise..cgro dhil bago lng un nung nsakyan ko hehe?pero masikip kc ung config ng seats nya puro paharap.. betwin the urvan at hi ace, ms tatgal makina ng urban kc chain.ung toyota belt kc..mhirap maputulan ng belt.. once ngkasira, sunod2x nadin sa toyota

    Timing gear din yung urvan bro, parehas naman tatagal ang makina, sa hiace basta every 100k kms magpalit ka ng timing belt, hindi naman basta masira or magiging sirain nasa proper maintenanance lang sir

    That's the Isuzu i-Van.

    Major disadvantage is the huge side swing door for rear passengers. So be careful when opening it especially when the vehicle is parked. there is only one rear passenger door (it's on the passenger side).

    The rear tailgate can be a chore to open too since it requires a huge arc and is quite heavy. But it works well enough for me.

    Also consider how much power the Isuzu truck has. We get the weakest engines available for the body. The rated top speed (empty) of a cab chassis model is just around 100kph? Now try that with a bus body and full passengers on board. hehe.

    And 4 wheel drum brakes isn't exactly state of the art. You won't lose much if you crash a truck load of fruit, but with 21 bodies on board? I also don't like servicing drum brakes. It sucks. hehe.
