December 21st, 2010 03:51 PM #41nakasakay ako ng hiace commuter from Bacolod airport to robinsons mall. i didnt think na ganun pala ka tagtag ang ride nya. talo pa yung pick up namin. comparable sya sa ride ng hilux(im not kidding) di mo kayanin mag slouch kasi mahihilo ka talaga. and to think na maganda and roads dun sa bacolod..tsk.
ilang beses din ako nakasakay ng urvan. much better ang ride nya and i think sakto lang naman ang power ng engine. di mo kailangan mag mabilis din kasi madami ka nga passengers na dala.
just my 2 cents.

^ agree ako sayo. masarap nga sakyan ang urvan, comfortable. regarding sa commuter, di ko pa sure kasi sa mga instances na sumakay ako dun .. sa harap ako nakaupo eh.
if you're into the looks of the van, then hindi para sayo ang urvan. cause, lets face it .. luma na ang design.

December 23rd, 2010 07:11 PM #50What about the 3.0L Urvan Estate? How does it fare against the Hiace? How about the grey market/Japan surplus version with the dual sliding doors and turbo intercooler 3.0 engine? Does anyone here own one?
