Same case din with the hiace commuter model pag puno ng pasahero na kailangan din lagyan ng extra blower sa gitnang area coz the passengers on the first rows have the tendency to hog the aircon vents themselves kaya ang nangyayari, sa bandang front rows lang nagcicirculate ang lamig. Unlike the I-van/Urvan Estate/Grandia models na may aircon vents distributed on all rows kaya maganda distribution ng lamig.

Speaking of the versa van's wrap around aircon, Its blower motor is too weak even on the highest setting kaya hirap na hirap din siya pag puno na ng pasahero. If it only had blower motors as powerful as a nissan vanette's, then it would have been the best during its time.

Yung fixed na vents ng hiace commuter na pointing papuntang likod helps a lot but the airflow rate is still not enough pag filled to the brim na ng pasahero.

Regarding the ceiling mounted and row distributed aircon vents of the newer models, parang sa grand starex ako naging pinaka-happy. Nice vent positions and very very nice airflow.

Yeah, the rear a/c of the L300 is a bit of a joke. They did get the concept right, though.

Toyota does make a half hearted attempt with the fixed vents on the newer Hiace.

Individual vents on the I-Van, Urvan Estate, Grandia, and even MB100 are what we need to cope with the local climate. My only pet peeve is passengers like to play with the vents and on some fleet units the vents become loosey-goosey or get broken totally.

To add to this random thought, mas malala yung naexperience ko nung high school sa MB100 ng classmate namin. The aircon was doing quite well pero merong nag "silent killer/silencer" sa loob. Parang yung feeling eh biglang uminit yung cabin as in biglang naglabasan kaming lahat! As usual, WALANG UMAMIN! :D :D

Agree because when you look inside the L300 versa you will think it has good airconditioning system, pero kapag pina andar na yun lang and yes another thing yung mga pasahero na pasaway, they don't care when changing the vents direction akala nila bakal they push the vents very hard kaya nasisira eh pwede naman baguhin ng dahan dahan, gusto nila sinlamig ng mall pagpasok pa lang.

Haha. Next nito may magpopost na galing sa Colgate, Rexona, at Diatabs claiming their products are heavy duty. Peace. :D hehe.

In that regard, patay ang mga naka-sakay sa Hiace Grandia in that situation kasi inoperable ang rear windows.

Direct injection increases fuel-efficiency about 20% with no sacrifice to power and reliability.

Saan ka ba nakatira> Hiace has better aircon than Urvan? More comfortable pa?

Parang more of cargo hauler!
Fasten your seatbelt! Or else... Driven To Thrill!

Better Passenger Van? Nissan Urvan Or Toyota Hi-ace Commuter or others?
