2012 Fortuner 3.0V vs Montero Sport GTV

Yung 2 pwede pa, kung type talaga yung sasakyan, yung 3rd ang parang, WOW ano yung nakita mo at bumili ka ng pangatlo. Although wala naman ako beef dun, nilagay ko lang sa thread na to kasi baka makatulong sa TS na may taong sobra pagibig sa Montero at 3 ang binili.

i prefer the flat folding third row seats of the montero to the fortuner

At least for me it doesn't make too much sense to put some sporty wheels into an SUV. But since the owner of those Monteros is a politician, whatever, since nowhere in the world their decisions make any sense

Magkano pag mag papa add ka ng Touch screen info display sa fortuner?
Ano mas ok na interior dyan sa 2? (pa post naman ng pics interior fortuner kung meron)

Papalitan na kasi yung 06 na civic ko at yang 2 na suv pinag pipilian ko.
Ngayon kasi 'm leaning towards montero dahil mas ok daw riding comfort and dahil dun sa LCD na hu. Pero mas gusto ko exterior looks ng fortuner at kung same lang sila ng riding comfort tapos medyo konti lang i-add ko para magkaroon ng LCD hu baka mag fortuner nalang ako.

Nakapunta nako last week sa Diamond motors ittext nalang daw ako kung available na yung unit nila for test drive.

Tapos kanina galing ako sa Toyota alabang, hindi daw sila nag papa test drive ng new units kung gusto ko daw mag test drive old unit parin papa gamit? Pano ko ma ccompare riding comfort ng new fortuner sa montero....
Try ko next week toyota qc kung pwde mag test drive ng new fortuner.

Pero ganda pala ng bagong release ng Fortuner sa personal.

but between 2.5 fort and GLS V, Ill go for Montero. this time mas gugustuhin ko na montero. I test drove the 2.5 fort during launching nya at NBC tent, medyo naingayan ako sa engine nya.

IMHO hindi naman talaga maingay ang 2.5 Fort, especially kung nasa loob. Or is it because nasanay na ako sa maingay na diesel? Pero in fairness, I find the 2.5L Fortuner engine to be quite refined, in fact. Nagiging maingay lang talaga kasi kelangan mag rev ng mataas to get any sort of decent power out of it to move the heavy thing. I have a friend who owns one, and he always shifts at around 3000rpm and all along I thought he was driving smoothly... Humaharurot na pala yun.
