Si lolo 76 years old na. He still drives to work every day from South Triangle QC to Ugong Valenzuela. Yung 2005 Accord 2.4 ang gamit niya, minsan nga kahit yung Revo dinadala. We have, at many times, offered to hire him a driver or even drive him ourselves, but the elderly can get pretty stubborn. He is still very much capable when driving, although not as good as before.
The Sentra N16 chassis has a good solid body with good safety features. It is geared towards comfort so seniors will be able to appreciate the ride better.
2006 Sentra GSX M/T - 225k
mileage - 75k
all original, all stock
2008 Getz 1.1L M/T - 235k
Mileage - 35k
all original, 15" mags
The Getz 1.1 should constantly get above 10km/L city driving, and perhaps hit 20km/L and above in the highway if driven gently. But if he's used to AE101 fuel consumption, hindi naman siya maninibago sa Sentra since pareho rin namang 1.6 EFI. Perhaps around 8-9km/L.
Unless one has financial concerns, no way is a man gonna downgrade from a 1.6L compact to a weedy 1.1L subcompact hatch.![]()
