January 28th, 2013 09:20 PM #22Gaano kahaba ba at ano ang rota ng daily commute mo? Kung hindi naman sobrang matindi, edi magmanual ka nalang. I have a lumbar pillow which I use when I drive the M/T Revo, but only on longer drives. My back starts complaining after about an hour or so of driving. It may also be the design of the seat. I generally find Toyota seats to be soft and comfortable but to have rather poor support. Honda seats on the other hand...
Bili ka na ng lumbar pillow! Hindi naman siya mahal. Better to spend for that than to spend for expensive medication later on in your life.

Mukang gusto mo na sir,
If you really do, test drive mo yung unit, make sure the CR has matching serials
And the unit is not flooded, bring a mechanic that knows this cars.
If somthing happens sa components ng cars, medyo may kahirapan ka makahanap ng parts,
Sa mga surplus i highly doubt kung meron, baka makatsamba,
Sa mga suking talyer, i highly doubt meron sila parts for that, baka makatsamba.
Sa casa, yun, sure shot na meron. Hehe.

February 3rd, 2013 06:00 PM #29I wouldn't get that if I were you. I'd rather get an old Volvo than this one!
The owner of a well known talyer once shared that he has an Opel Omega. He raved about its excellent ride and performance... That is until something broke down which required the change of the whole transmission... and there was nowhere to get parts for it. If he would source parts from Europe, it would cost close to the entire resale value of the car. When on a trip to Canada, he chanced upon a junkyard that had a Cadillac Catera (rebadged Opel Omega) which was sold for parts. The owner offered him the whole car for 1800 Canadian bucks. Now he would have taken just the transmission assembly for 1800 bucks but it was take the whole car or nothing. Shipping the car would be such a hassle that he just let his Omega rot in his garage, with almost showroom new leather seats and paintwork.

February 3rd, 2013 06:28 PM #30Thanks for the advices again sir 7138 and GTi.
Siguro talagang iwas na muna ako sa mga euro cars. Naisip ko din po, kukuha din naman ako brand new in 2-3years time so why bother getting a "good looking" looking second hand hand car.. Paying extra just for the looks and freshness.. Hmmm.. So I decided to opt for something that doesn't have to look that good but a reliable one. Kaya ayun, may nakita po ako dirt cheap cars, like Nissan ECCS, it's really not a good looking car pero almost half of my current budget would be saved kung ito ang kukunin ko. Any insights regarding this car? Thanks again tsikot masters! :-)
