Can anyone suggest a car/suv with good overall performance? Whats the best choice under the 700k budget? Preferably automatic transmission and matipid sa gas.

Mirage GLS 1.2 CVT. 648k but has all the features you need already. Also very fuel efficient.

For something less than 700k, the Mirage is one good package. Increase your budget to 800k and now you are looking at the 2014 City E or Jazz E or Fiesta Trend or Vios.

add a little more (99k) and you have a C-segment Nissan Sylphy 1.6 M/T which can freeze you even at noontime

Hatch. It's cheaper at 648k vs 718k for the sedan. Unless you badly need the rear seat and cargo space, the hatch drives better and has all the features you need. Looks much better too, but that's just my opinion.
