Hehe sana nga masimulan ko na project ko sir..

anyway, I need you opinion ulit sir jhnkvn if you don't mind..

i was offered a 2nd hand RF Punch p400-4 (50W x 4 * 4-Ohms RMS) * 11k.. 2-3months used and still complete with box and birthsheets daw.. looks fairly new and not abused naman..

is this a good deal? or should I go for the brandnew JBL GTO1004 (100W RMS x 4 Channels at 4 Ohms) * 9k?

i'll probably be using it for the focal access (60w rms) or the DLS rm6.2 (100w rms) or morel tempo 6 (120w rms)

    TIA!

I'll still go for the JBL GTO. The Rockford still looks pretty expensive to me. Would only recommend to purchase it if it's around 6-7k * second hand prices (in fact, I think shipping it from the US is more affordable than market prices here)

Sonically, I think the RF is still better. Either that or brand biased ako . But given your circumstances, I'll save the 2k and get the JBL.

i dont understand why some people na nagpapasound setup ay gumagamit pa ng coax gayung naka separates na sila. usualy kapag may seps kana useless na gumamit ng coax papangit lang combi ng music kung may coax kapa. if di kontento sa tunog ng seps sa amp lang ang tweak jan.

and karamihan sa mga naka coax kinacut ang tweeter at saka sila gumagamit ng separate na tweet. advice ko lang naman ito since nasa sound setup line ang work ko.

and another info sir, mas maganda kung straight 1 brand sa sub and seps, sa amp maganda ang sound magus for seps loud and clear

kung gusto mo save ang space sa trunk mo ipalagay mo yung sub sa ilalim ng upuan. meron mga sub ngayon na pwede sa mga tight enclosur ganun din sa amp sa ilalim na ng upuan mo ilagay

sir ibig nyo po bang sabihin is ung coax as rearfill??? di ko pa naususbukan alisin ung rearfill since bago lng ako sa audio set-up ( had it installed last feb 3, 2011 ) gusto ko matuto ng magandang technique to improve ung system ng auto ko...

di ba masisra ung system kung i-fade ko ng husto sa harap ung signal upto the point n almost zero n ung sound sa rearfill at sub lng ang maririnig mo coming from the back?

    thanks po.

There some Amplified Subs that you can purchase, and there are some designs that you can just insert under the back chair and quality is still strong. I have done a few set-up simple yet with good quality sounds. I can work with the budget you give me, just make sure the budget is good enough for what you are looking for.

I suggest you can give me a call at my no. its 211-9864/0917-8992566. so that I can help you out in choosing the right sound system for you.

Its ok to buy used. My set up is made up of mostly used items. Used seps, used head unit and used amp. Nobelium is almost the top of the line sep from DLS. Its actually discontinued and replaced by Nordica series. Still a very good sep. Very good price. If you dont want it and the seps are in Manila, pm me I am interested in it.

Check the unit 1st and ask the seller for warranty in case its defective.

Here is a review for the nobelium seps: http://www.dls.se/files/595/2/Nob_62_Australia.pdf

Best check the condition of the secondhand DLS. Make sure mo hindi defective. At 10k, it's a reasonable price for a 2 year old speaker.

Check the cone for deformities. Pagnag-wave na siya, don't buy it. It means that moisture has already pawned it.

A, sir, maliwanag po sa specs na you cant get 150watts X 2 *4ohms dahil di po sya bridgeable amplifier, and the frequency response is quiet different in the first 4 channel, so kung ito po yung gagamitin nyo para sa seps, di po sila match and doing wrong for bridging the speaker to the amp, critical na nga po sya in 2ohms dahil 0.2% THD na sya e, you dont get the cleanest signal there.. sobrang taas na kase nun.. try to take a look at these http://stereos.about.com/od/faqs/f/thd.htm
sir, the only amplifier i know that match to your seps is the T600-4
600 Watt 4-Channel Amplifier, see details http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/produ...n_US&p_status= , not know the price because i am the installer, these amp drive the CRESCENDO Opus 9.6 (top of the line 2 ways speaker) see details http://audioplusonline.com/home.php?...28&prod_id=161,
installed in a bB scion in my pics.. even sir albert(owner of the toyota lite ace maroon sound set up cost for almost 5million as i know) if you know him, believed to the clarity and accuracy of its sound.
Sir if you want that speaker perform as it best, find the real one that match to it, good luck.
