Ang huling EB ay very critical kasi napansin ng lahat na active ang forum pero di naman talaga magkakakilala ang mga members. Marami gusto magkasticker lang at masabing member ng club pero ayaw naman or I say walang time umatend ng club EB.

Ang naging takbo ng last EB ay magkaroon ng different chapter para di naman mahirapan yung mga nasa province na umattend sa EB sa Metro Manila. Magkakaroon ng chapter coordinator yata ang magiging tawag. Sya ang magiging in charge sa hahawakan nyang chapter.

Yung mga abroad naman ay pwedeng magpadala ng representative sa EB sa chapter na malapit sa lugar nya. Since nais natin maging member dito sa ACP maybe we need to exert a little time and effort para sa club. Lahat naman tayo ay may pamilya at iyon din ang priority ng lahat. May mga EB din namang nagiging family affairs so i think wala sa layunin ng club na ilayo ang member sa kani kanilang pamilya.

Pwede siguro sa daily attendance ilagay natin ang location natin para mas madali ang coordination ng chapters.

actually maganda nga yung ganito, may kanya kanya tayong idea and I know na this is for the good of our club and most especially the members itself.

I think lalo tayo magkaroon matatag na club dahil lumalabas na ang mga members na gusto umayos and ma-improve pa ang ACP.

Maybe those who cannot attend EB's can form Avanza CYBER-CLUB Pilipinas na lang, para online na lang nagki-kita-kita.

Nasa ACP Contact Info thread naman ang locations natin, eh. At least yun private, hindi viewable sa hindi members.

Ang mga public threads kasi, nakikita ng lahat. Na-a-archive pa ng mga search engines.

napag usapan na sa last meeting kung pwede online na lang.. and majority agreed na hindi pwede.. kasi once na pinayagan yan.. eh lahat tayo sa online na lang magkita kita..

i guess, bottomline is.. may club rules tayo.. and part of the rules yang once a month EB/meeting.. ngayon kung sinong hindi makakasunod don.. or hindi kaya maka attend nang at least 1 EB/meeting in 5 months.. eh hindi naman pinipilit.. pero kung gustong maging member.. kailangan sundin po ito..

update po ung sa mga members from province me from mindanao ... i love to jgo sa mga activities but how?... ung mga Eb's miting, mga activities...to have diffrent chapters

yung mga nasa province.. and interested to join ACP.. can you please email me at patok*skyinet.net or mam jane at juanarodriguez*hotmail.com , please indicate your location.. para makapag setup na nang provincial coordinators.. then on March 27, we will discuss the provincial chapters.. so hopefully after that, ma setup na yung mga coordinators outside NCR.

Guys I created an egroup .... I am planning to post here yung breakdown ng funds natin while Prez is still working out the details with Tsikot.....right now dahil yung breakdown lang ng finances ang ipo-post ko doon only members who've paid their dues will be given access

Siguro later we can also use this group to disseminate info, esp pag may problem with Tsikot, such as reminders for members about future EBs/activities....
