1,000km service po ng avanza 2015 ko is 3,723. tama lang ba yang price na yan? nakalagay oil palang nasa 2,556 na. haaayyy.. ang hirap pag 1st time talaga. wala po kasi ako gaano alam sa service ng car... pa help po... thank you...

That is too much. The avanza is pretty cheap to maintain. We have one so i know. The most you'll spend is on oil and oil filter. The air filter is also another thing to replace periodically. My tip, get a washable one like knn or hurricane, this way minsanan lng gastos.

Magpapa 1st PMS kami next week, planning to have it sa Toyota Caloocan.. oks po ba ang service nila dun? And ano pong oil ang mas oks since 1st PMS? Wala pa pong 500km ung odo since hindi naman masyado nailalabas kasi wala pang ORCR.

Yung 2011 Avanza ko kasi, nung natapos na ang 3-year warranty, before pa nag-40K kms, sa labas ko na pinaservice. The usual, change oil, tune-up. Tapos gusto ko sanang ipa-check last summer sa casa (around 57K mileage). Ang sabi sa akin, gagawin daw nila yung 40K PMS, mga 25thou daw. Or yung pang-55K PMS, 13thou naman daw yun. Toyota Cubao pala ito. Hindi ko masyado natanong kung anong gagawin kasi napanganga ako sa presyo.

may quote naman sila ng gagawin daw diba? check mo both 40k and 55k pms. kung ano ang di mo pa nagawa, yung na lang ipagawa mo sa suking mekaniko or gas station mo...

Just had my 10k pms last weekend. Dami nadagdag na costs vs 5k. Meron engine treatment daw needed and even agreed to pay for engine detailing. Hindi ko lang ma gets bakit dapat daw palitan spark plugs pero sa manual is 20k dapat. Although it cost 150x4 lang, i feel like its a waste. Going up to baguio this month and wants to have my ride in top shape. Tama po ba na pag ordinary plugs dapat 10k replacement?

Sundan niyo lang manual niyo sir. Kung ano lang naka saad a palitan at the time ang dapat palitan. Di din kailagan ng treatment yan. Gusto ka lang pigain ng SA mo.

After nearly 10 years, I finally sold my 2008 Avanza 1.3J.

For its PMS history, below are the regular stuff we change:

1) 3 liters Castrol Magnatec 10w-40. P330/liter

2) 4 pcs. Denso XU22EPU spark plugs. P120/pc.

3) 1 pc. Vic C110 oil filter. P200/pc.

4) 1 pc. Federal air filter. P250/pc.

5) Labor P500

This is our usual routine for almost 10 years.

The Avanza is really a low maintenance, dependable, reliable and a proven workhorse!

I will surely miss my Avanza. Bittersweet really.

good day tsikoteers, have anyone tried toyota aircare service? how does it work(process)? does it really works? is it a replacement service to the traditional way of aircon servicing/maintenance/cleaning? if so, which is better - the new air care maintenance or the traditional? How much does it cost? Kindly share your experience. tia ☺️
