Buti nalang May AOG ka, pero mukhang i rerevive muna nila, ano ba talaga dapat palit na ng auto?

hindi naman basta basta palit lang.. i check muna nila kung ano ang damage don sa car.. ang sabi pag over 70% ang damage.. yun.. babalik nila yung sum insured, hindi palit oto kasi depreciated na yung sum insured.

I have 4 friends na nalubog hanggang roof yun mga kotse nila and all four are still starting after change oil and change fuel all the way. Sir qwerty paano kung ganun lang gawin sa avanza mo? May option ka ba tumanggi?

Nadala ko na sa Ortigas car ko. Pinasok sa Annex nila na for repair, karamihan lubog. Pag napuno daw yon di na muna sila tatanggap. Around 100 - 150 cars ang kasya.

Sabi ng taga insurance ng Toyota, pag lubog sa tubig, minimum 3 months gagawin. Wag naman sana. Parang mas ok pang cash settlement na lang. Baka di pa ayos na ayos ang takbo ng car. Ang problema, sa P440,000 di na ako makakabili ng Avanza.

My Vanza transformed into a Blue Submarine (Pasig location ko) how do i post the pix?
its a good thing that i have AOG in my insurance covered P635k.. so that i dont have to worry. the car is still here in the garage waiting for the towtruck. I already submitted the pix to the insurance company, they would be contacting toyota to get estimated quotes of repair. But I would rather have the car declared 'LOST' as insurance company will usually try to save money by having some of the parts cleaned instead of replaced. like ECU, instrument panel, headlights, foglamps, alternator, compressor, taillights, aircon system, Engine, Transmission, Mags. This items are usually asked by the insurance company if possible to clean only.WTF !!.. Anyways, ill be talking to TCI-cubao if possible to declare the car as 'LOST' so that i dont have to wait for the car to be repaired 2-8 months. Ill just get a new car ;)

my neighbors crosswind survived. when they are about to tow the xuv, they inserted the key so release the steering lock, and got surprise, lights on the instrument panel turned on!. they did try to start the Engine, and it did start running. they have it run for a few minutes only, as they heard some squicking on the belts and alternators.. ;) the rest of the parts is stucked up.

Car is still stuck here sa house, all CASA are full, I already called Toyota Motors Philippines and asked if i could drop the car sa Sta Rosa Plant (di daw pwede hehehehe) TMPi na naghahanap ng CASA For me ;)

*Puroy, Yup, basic sound setup ko all gone ...Except for the sub , still to be tested kasi nag float ang box ko (ported sya) and i used undercoating spray doon sa loob ng box for waterproofing kaya yung box loob eh di nabasa. the box is still ok. marine plywood ginamit ko hehehehe x2 ngalang ngayon ang bigat kasi basa pa.

Add my Avanza to the growing numbers of "Ondoy" victims.
Nalubog din ang avanza ko hanggang kalahati ng steering wheel, to think na inilipat ko na yun sa mas mataas na parking, and later nilagyan ko pa ng dalawang jack yung front side para umanggat lalo. Pero minalas pa din na abutin.

Standard din ang insurance ko, inhouse ng TYT Balintawak. Covered naman kasi may AOG din ako. But up to now, hindi pa din nato-tow. Matagal kasi mag-subside yung tubig sa amin nung initial days ni Ondoy, then nung nag-start na ako magpaschedule, haba daw ng pila. Nakalinya na ako for towing, pero kung kailan, hindi ko pa alam.
Pati Toyota, haba ng pila. Pang 107 daw ako last Thursday, tatawagan na lang ako kung malapit na akong ma-serve. tsk tsk tsk... Masuwerte pa rin ako dahil ito lang ang pinoproblema ko.

Balita ko, humahanap ang Standard ng magiging temporary depot area nila, para dun sa mga hindi pa maacomodate ng casa...Update ko na lang kayo kung may developments.

I already called Toyota Motor Philippines Hotline 819-2912. Sila na pinaghahanap ko ng CASA that can still accept my unit. puro lahat sa metro manila wait listed ako. Later today ill call again to verify if outside metro manila is still open. Btw. i heard for Cars with AT, there is a 2nd ECU for the AT, so magkano kaya eto? ECU-Engine sa avanza is estimated 150k already (ouch sa walang insurance or AOG package) . I already talked to my insurance company, di ako payag sa proposal nila na sa Accredited shop nila pagawa ang vanza ko, tinanong ko nga sila kung me Engine Diagnostics ba yun shop na sinasabi nila?, me ECU-on stock ba? me complete service manual ba ng avanza? .. ang sagot wala.. eh baket dyan mo isuggest na dalhin ang car ko? what the !*#$% ...hinanap ko yun manager.... ayaw makipagusap sa akin... pero narinig ko sa background, sige ayusin na sa CASA na yan. Ano akala nila, parang jeep/owner lang avanza? at pwede sa kahit anong talyer? ;)

question paano nga ba computation sa claim ng insurance? for AOG? baka meron nakakalam dyan
