"Tamang OC lang" - a newbie's guide to car appearance maintenance

I went to sa carwash in qc for a wash & wax. Gulat ako first thing they did was nag spray sila what smelled like gas+water combination. When i asked why sabi to remove daw dirt, spalto, etc.

What do you think of this practice? Bec from 2 other carwash ive tried hindi ginawa yun.

Ok Lang ang gas gamit ko din minsan lalo na pag marami rami nakadikit. Tipid kesa bug and tar remover na nabibili unless maselan ka talaga.

Thanks. hindi naman ako maselan as long as they know what they're doing.

Instead of the yellow chamois I would suggest getting the gray microtex towel for drying.

I would avoid them in the future. It may not have any immediate effect on the paint, but what about the rubber seals, plastics etc? There are proper solutions used to remove dirt, asphalt etc.
