Kerosene ideal for removing tar?

Hi good day to you guys, i just want to inquire if it is advisable for me to use kerosene in removing road tar (aspalto) in the car body and mags?

Pwede kerosene sir. Car wash lang mabuti after applying kerosene.

ok sir thanks! mali pala ang ginagawa ko nuon.. kasi wash muna bago remove tar ang ginagwa ko dati, then patong lang shampoo.. thanks! :)
