    Default overheat problem!

Hi Guys, need some inputs regarding overheating problem sa ESI ko.

Here are the current work done:

New gasket (replacement pero metal sya not asbestos)
napa machine shop na yung head
temporarily removed the thermostat. (to make sure water is flowing)
fan is always on upon start up (temporary lang just to make sure also )
    recent overhaul sa radiator.

After doing all those things, byahe ako lunch time from QC to makati. i made sure na may tubig radiator ko. normal lang ang temp. about 1/3 and naka on yung aircon. wala namang traffic. kaya lang nung pauwi, i noticed tumataas na. naging half and umabot ng 3/4. hinto ako but i didnt turn off the engine. the fan is working naman. binuhusan ko rad ng 2 tabo. them bumaba naman. i opened the rad cap. di naman nag fountain. pero pansin ko nabawasan na yung 2big mga 1 tabo.

after doing all those work, ano pa kaya problema? any feedbacks are greatly appreciated. thanks

Check that your hoses aren't old and cracked... they may be expanding under heat and letting water out while your engine is under load (thus, it'll be hard to see any problems if you're idling and parked). This would be my primary suspect.

If your radiator was overhauled, check that there are no leaks along the lines where the mechanic put sealant.

Also check that your water pump isn't leaking. Usually, if you have one problem with the cooling system, other parts are affected, so even if they weren't problematic before, they could be now.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
